Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Midwest Interiors LLP ships merchandise to locations within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Midwest Interiors LLP only ships to the lower 48 states in the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Merchandise should arrive 10-14 days from time of order, if there is a delay in production or items are back-ordered, Midwest Interiors LLP will email you and inform you of product status. You must be there to unload the truck and some reidential deliveries may have additional fees, this DOES NOT include delivery in your home, curb side delivery only and additional fees may apply if the driver is waiting for too long. Insurance is not included on most shipping options through freightcenter, this can be added for an additional fee of $50 for any order. If you have access to a loading dock and a fork lift delivery fee can be reduced by calling toll free 888 8RUGPRO.

Midwest Interiors only sells first quality merchandise and is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. All manufacturer warranties are through the products manufacturer and NOT Midwest Interiors LLP. Some manufactures may disclaim warranties through online transactions.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Midwest Interiors LLP reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. The consumer is responsible for all shipping fees for merchandise returns and refused deliveries. Products may be drop shipped from the manufacturer or shipped from our warehouse and any damage with shipment must be acknowledged and signed for by the respective driver, please get a copy of this signed paperwork, this must be emailed or faxed to Midwest Interiors LLP within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to check shipment and make sure everything is there, once signed for you have accepted delivery in full. Returned material MUST be in unopened packages and not taped, written on or defaced in any way, once material is return shipped to the appropriate location (Midwest Interiors LLP can tell you this through email or phone) a restocking fee of $150 or 25%, which ever is greater, will be applied and the balance credited to the original credit card used in the purchasing process. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Material must be returned within two weeks of delivery. Material which is ordered and then cancelled is subject to a "cancellation fee" of $50 even if the material has not shipped. Trim, molding and padding is excluded and are not returnable.
